Listing all trunk group data permissions in the PC Client

  1. From the Controller window, navigate to ToolsUser Permissions.
  2. In the Operations list, select Trunk Group Access.
  3. In the ACD list, select the ACD containing the trunk group access permissions you want to view.
  4. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the User Permissions Trunk Group Access window.
  5. From the menu bar, click ActionsList all.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    If you do not complete any of the fields in the User Permissions Trunk Group Access window, all trunk group permissions for the specified ACD are displayed. The results are filtered if you specify a user ID or trunk groups before clicking List all. For example, to only view user permission definitions for trunk group 4, type 4 in the Trunk Groups field before clicking List all.
