Modifying tenant permissions in the Web Client

When you modify an entry, you can only change the assigned permissions. You cannot change the user ID or the selected tenants.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationUser PermissionsTenant Access.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to administer tenant data permissions.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the list of administered users and their current tenant data and exception access permissions for the selected ACD.
  3. Click Modify next to the item you want to modify.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Modify Item window is displayed.
  4. Select or clear the Read, Write, and Exceptions check boxes as required.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You cannot change any other options.
  5. Click OK to save your changes.
