Deleting trunk group data permissions in the Web Client

You can delete trunk group access configurations you no longer need. For example, if you want to change the trunk groups assigned to a user, you can delete the existing entry and then add a new one with the appropriate trunk group assignments.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationUser PermissionsTrunk Group Access.
  2. From the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to manage trunk group access.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the existing trunk group data and exception access permissions for the selected ACD.
  3. Click Delete next to the item you want to delete.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Confirm Delete dialog box is displayed.
  4. Click Yes to complete the process.
