Adding agents to an agent group using the PC Client

  1. From the Controller window, select CommandsDictionary.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary window.
  2. In the Operations list, select Agent Groups.
  3. In the ACD field, enter the ACD or ACD group on which the agent group resides.
  4. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary Agent Groups window.
  5. In the Agent group name field, enter the name of the agent group to which you want to add agents.
  6. From the Actions menu, select Get contents.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary ACD Groups Get contents window.
  7. Enter the Login IDs that you want to add to this group. You can add up to 32 agents at a time.
  8. From the Actions menu, select Add.
