Adding a tenant name in the Web Client

You can define a tenant number and name in the Dictionary.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationDictionaryTenants.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to administer tenants.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the tenants administered for the selected ACD.
  3. Click Add Tenant.
  4. In the Tenant Number field, enter a numeric value between 0 and 250.
  5. In the Tenant Name field, enter a name for the tenant.
  6. In the Description field, enter a brief description with additional information.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can enter up to 50 characters. This field cannot contain the pipe (|) symbol, a semicolon, or double quotes.
  7. Click OK to save your changes.
