From the Controller window, navigate to ToolsUser Permissions.
In the Operations list, select ACD Access.
Click OK.
STEP RESULT:
Supervisor displays the User Permissions ACD Access window.
In the User ID field, enter the ID of the user whose ACD permissions you want to modify.
If you are searching for specific ACDs or ACD groups, enter them in the ACDs field.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
If you enter multiple values, separate them with a semicolon.
From the menu bar, click ActionsFind one.
If more than one ACD is returned, click Next and Previous in the Actions menu as needed until you find the ACD permissions definition you want to modify.
Select or clear the Read, Write, and Exceptions check boxes as required to modify the access permissions.
To finish changing the permissions, click ActionsModify from the menu bar.
