Removing an individual agent from a tenant in the Web Client

You can remove an agent from the list of agents administered for the tenant. Use this procedure to remove one agent or a few agents one at a time.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationTenant AdministrationTenant Agent Assignment.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for the tenant.
  3. In the Tenants list, select the tenant you want to manage.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the list of agents administered for the selected tenant.
  4. Click Delete next to the agent you want to remove.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Confirm Delete dialog box is displayed.
  5. Click Yes to complete the change.
