Managing VDN assignments in the Web Client

Keywords:
VDNs assignments are set up in the ACD system. You can modify them in CMS Supervisor.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationCall Center AdministrationVDN Assignments.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to administer VDNs.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the VDNs administered for the selected ACD.
  3. Click Modify next to the item you want to modify.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Modify Item window is displayed.
  4. Enter additional VDN names or IDs in the VDNs field. Do this only if you want to assign the same vectors to additional VDNs in addition to the VDN you originally selected. Separate entries using a semicolon (;).
    STEP RESULT:
    The Search Results pane is displayed.
  5. Click each VDN to which you want to assign the same vector and move it into the Selected VDN(s) pane.
  6. In the Vector list, select a vector to associate with the VDNs.
  7. Click OK to save your changes.
