Modifying feature access permissions in the PC Client

In the PC Client, you can modify the feature access permissions for a CMS user. You must also specify the ACD or ACD group.
  1. From the Controller window, navigate to ToolsUser Permissions.
  2. In the Operations list, select Feature Access.
  3. In the ACD list, select the ACD or ACD group for which you want to modify feature permissions.
  4. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    Supervisor displays the User Permissions Feature Access window.
  5. In theUser ID field, enter the ID of an existing CMS user.
  6. From the menu bar, click ActionsFind one to display the permissions for the user.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the permissions for the user.
  7. Select the Read and Write check boxes as required for each feature.
  8. When you finish updating the feature permissions, click ActionsModify from the menu bar.
    STEP RESULT:
    The user permissions for the specified ACD are updated.
