Modifying a vector name in the Web Client

The vector number is read only and cannot be changed. You can change the vector name and its description.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationDictionaryVectors.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to administer vectors.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the vectors administered for the selected ACD.
  3. Click Modify next to the item you want to modify.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Modify Item window is displayed.
  4. In the Vector Name field, update a vector name.
  5. Click OK to save your changes.
