Viewing split/skill permissions in the PC Client

  1. From the Controller window, navigate to ToolsUser Permissions.
  2. In the Operations list, select Split/Skill Access.
  3. In the ACD list, select the ACD or ACD group containing the split/skill access permissions you want to view.
  4. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the User Permissions Split/Skill Access window.
  5. In the User ID field, enter the name of the user whose split/skill permissions you want to view.
  6. If you know which splits/skills you want to view, enter their names or IDs in the Splits/Skills field.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can enter one or more split/skill values. If you enter multiple values, separate them with a semicolon.
    To have all splits/skills returned for this user ID, leave this field blank.
  7. From the menu bar, navigate to ActionsFind one.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor queries the database and displays the number of matches found.
