Modifying an ACD name in the Web Client

You can change an ACD name and its associated description. The ACD number is read only.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationDictionaryACDs.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the list of administered ACD names.
  2. Click Modify next to the item you want to modify.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Modify Item window is displayed.
  3. In the ACD Name field, update the name of the ACD or ACD group.
  4. Revise the information in the Description field.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can enter up to 50 characters. This field cannot contain the pipe (|) symbol, a semicolon, or double quotes.
  5. Click OK to save your changes.
