Listing all announcement names for an ACD using the PC Client

  1. From the Controller window, select CommandsDictionary.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary window.
  2. In the Operations list, select Announcements.
  3. In the ACD field, enter the ACD on which the announcement resides.
  4. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary Announcements window.
  5. From the Actions menu, select List all.
