The System Setup Data Summarization Time Zone window displays the tenant option only if the customer has installed the tenancy feature.

Description
Add
Adds the entry for the selected time zone and the associated ACD and tenant (if the tenancy feature is installed) in the current user window to the database. If an entry already exists, the system displays Already exists on the window status line.
Delete
Removes the entry for the selected time zone and the associated ACD and tenant (if the tenancy feature is installed) in the current window from the database. If the database entry does not exist, the system displays Does not exist on the status line.
Find one
Finds an entry in the database that matches the time zone and associated ACD and tenant (if the tenant feature is installed) in the current window. The status line for the current window indicates the total number of matches found.
List all
Lists all the ACDs, tenants and tenant users (if the tenancy feature is installed), and the time zones in the database that match with the values entered in the fields of the current user window.
Next
After doing a Find one search resulting in more than one match, this selection displays the next match.
Previous
After doing a Find one search resulting in more than one match, this selection displays the previous match.
