You can view ACD groups in the Dictionary in read-only format.

Before you begin

Use the Call Center Administration subsystem to create an ACD group and assign ACDs to it.

Navigate to AdministrationDictionaryACD Groups.
STEP RESULT:
CMS Supervisor displays the configured ACD groups.
Click next to an ACD group to view the ACDs assigned to the group.
To return to the main list of ACD groups, click Back to Group List.
