From the Controller window, navigate to ToolsUser Permissions.
In the Operations list, select VDN Access.
In the ACD list, select the ACD containing the VDN for which all permission definitions will be shown.
Click OK.

CMS Supervisor displays the User Permissions VDN Access window.
From the menu bar, click ActionsList all.
STEP RESULT:
If you did not complete any of the fields in the User Permissions VDN Access window, all VDN permissions for the specified ACD are displayed. The results are filtered if you specify a user ID or VDNs before clicking List all. For example, to only view the permission definitions for VDN 10, type 10 in the VDNs field before clicking List all.
