Deleting split/skill permissions in the Web Client

You can delete split/skill access configurations that you no longer need. For example, if you want to change the splits/skills assigned to a user, you can delete the existing entry and then add a new one with the appropriate split/skill assignments.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationUser PermissionsSplit/Skill Access.
  2. From the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to manage split/skill access.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the existing split/skill and exception access permissions for the selected ACD.
  3. Click Delete next to the item you want to delete.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Confirm Delete dialog box is displayed.
  4. Click Yes to finish deleting the split/skill access item.
