Removing multiple VDN call profiles in the Web Client

You can remove VDNs in bulk. Specify which VDNs you no longer need and remove them at one go.

Navigate to AdministrationCall Center AdministrationVDN Call Profile Setup.
In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to administer VDN call profiles.
STEP RESULT:
CMS Supervisor displays the VDN call profiles administered for the selected ACD.
Click Remove VDNs.
From the VDNs field, enter the names of VDNs that is no longer needed.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
To enter multiple values, separate each with a semicolon. The entries are displayed in the Search Results area.
Click + to move VDNs from the Search Results area to the Selected VDN(s) area.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The VDNs in the Selected VDN(s) area will be removed.
Click OK to save your changes.
