Adding a login ID name in the Web Client

You can associate a login ID with an agent name. Adding a name makes it easier to identify an agent.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationDictionaryLogin IDs.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to administer login IDs.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the login IDs administered for the selected ACD.
  3. Click Add Login ID.
  4. In the Login ID field, enter the numeric login ID for the agent.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The login ID can contain 3 to 13 numbers.
  5. In the Agent Name field, enter a name for the agent.
  6. In the Description field, enter a brief description with additional information.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can enter up to 50 characters. This field cannot contain the pipe (|) symbol, a semicolon, or double quotes.
  7. Click OK to save your changes.
