Modifying vector permissions in the Web Client
When you modify an item on the Vector Access page, you cannot change the user ID or the assigned vectors. You can only modify the access permissions.
- Navigate to .
- From the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to manage vector access.
STEP RESULT:CMS Supervisor displays the existing vector data and exception access permissions for the selected ACD.
- Click
next to the item you want to modify.
STEP RESULT:The Modify Item window is displayed. - Select or clear the Read, Write, and Exceptions check boxes as required.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:You cannot change any other options.
- Click OK to save your changes.
