Deleting a tenant agent group in the Web Client

You can delete a tenant agent group that you no longer need. If the agent group you are deleting has agents, consider adding those agent to another agent group. Alternatively, you can copy the tenant agent group before deleting it.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationTenant AdministrationTenant Agent Groups.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for the tenant.
  3. Click Delete next to the agent group you want to delete.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Confirm Delete dialog box is displayed.
  4. Click Yes to finish deleting the tenant agent group.
