Modifying trunk group data permissions in the PC Client

  1. From the Controller window, navigate to ToolsUser Permissions.
  2. In the Operations list, select Trunk Group Access.
  3. In the ACD list, select the ACD containing the trunk groups for which you want to manage permissions.
  4. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the User Permissions Trunk Group Access window.
  5. In the User ID field, enter the name of the user whose access permissions you want to manage.
  6. If known, enter the trunk group names or IDs in the Trunk Groups field.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    If you enter more than one trunk group, separate each entry with a semicolon.
    To have all trunk groups returned for this user ID, leave this field blank.
  7. From the menu bar, click ActionsFind one.
  8. If multiple matches are found, click Next and Previous in the Actions menu as needed to navigate to the correct trunk group entry.
  9. Select or clear the Read, Write, and Exceptions check boxes as required.
  10. From the menu bar, click ActionsModify to complete your changes.
