After you click Schedule on the Change Agent Skills, Multi-Agent Skill Change, or Back Up Data page, the Schedule Administration window is displayed. Use this window to set up scheduling.
In the Job Name field, type a name for the job you are scheduling.
Select one of the following Schedule Type options:
Once: To schedule a single job for a specific date and time. For example, you can use this option before a unique, one-time event to ensure that agents can focus on calls for the event.
Daily: To schedule a job at the same time every day or every few days. For example, you can configure the job to run every two days.
Weekly: To schedule a job for specific days every week. You can select one or more days.
Monthly: To schedule a job on the months and days you specify. For example, you can set up scheduling for the last Friday in September and December.
If you set Schedule Type to Once, do the following:
In the Date and Time fields, specify when the job will run.
In the Retain results for field, type the number of days for which job results will be retained in the database.
Click Schedule to complete the scheduling process.
If you set Schedule Type to Daily, do the following:
Under the First Run heading, complete the Date and Time fields to specify when the job will run for the first time.
In the Run every field, type a number to specify how many days apart the job will run.
You can specify any number of days. For example, if you type 1, the job will run every day. If you type 3, it will run every 3 days.
Under the Expire heading, specify an end date and time after which the job will no longer run.
In the Retain results for field, type the number of days for which job results will be retained in the database.
Click Schedule to complete the scheduling process.
If you set Schedule Type to Weekly, do the following:
Under the First Run heading, complete the Date and Time fields to specify when the job will run for the first time.
Under the Run on heading, select one or more days of the week.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
For example, you can select the check boxes for Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Jobs run every week on the specified days.
Under the Expire heading, specify an end date and time after which the job will no longer run.
In the Retain results for field, type the number of days for which job results will be retained in the database.
Click Schedule to complete the scheduling process.
If you set Schedule Type to Monthly, do the following:
Under the First Run heading, complete the Date and Time fields to specify when the job will run for the first time.
Under the Months heading, select one or more months.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
For example, you can select the check boxes for February, June, and September.
Select one of the following options:

Select Days to select one or more dates. For example, select 2 and Last to run the job on the second and last days of the specified months.
Select On to specify which week and day the job will run. For example, you can run the job on the second Friday of the specified months.
Under the Expire heading, specify an end date and time after which the job will no longer run.
In the Retain results for field, type the number of days for which job results will be retained in the database.
Click Schedule to complete the scheduling process.
