Listing all feature access permissions in the PC Client

  1. From the Controller window, navigate to ToolsUser Permissions.
  2. In the Operations list, select Feature Access.
  3. In the ACD list, select the ACD or ACD group for which you want to view feature permissions.
  4. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    Supervisor displays the User Permissions Feature Access window.
  5. From the menu bar, click ActionsList all.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    CMS Supervisor displays a secondary window listing all users and their associated feature permissions.
