Removing multiple agents from a tenant agent group in the Web Client

Use this procedure to remove agents from a tenant agent group in bulk. Specify which agents no longer need to be in the agent group and then remove them.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationTenant AdministrationTenant Agent Groups.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for the tenant.
  3. Click Group Contents icon next to the agent group you want to modify.
  4. On the Tenant Agent Groups: Content page, click Remove Tenant Agent.
  5. In the Remove Tenant Agent field, enter the names or IDs of agents that are currently in the agent group but no longer need to be there.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    To enter multiple values, separate each with a semicolon. The entries are displayed in the Search Results area.
  6. Click + to move agents from the Search Results area to the Selected Agents area.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The agents in the Selected Agents area will be removed from the agent group.
  7. Click OK to save your changes.
