  1. From the Controller window, select CommandsDictionary.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary window.
  2. In the Operations list, select Call Work Code.
  3. In the ACD field, enter the ACD on which the call work code resides.
  4. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary Call Work Codes window.
  5. From the Actions menu, select List all.
