After backing up archived data from an existing ACD, you can load the data onto a pseudo-ACD. When the loading process starts, the status is displayed along with any errors. Avoid canceling the loading process while it is in progress.
Navigate to AdministrationSystem SetupLoad Pseudo-ACD Data.
In the From ACD field, enter the ACD number for the source ACD used to back up data.
From the To ACD list, select the pseudo-ACD that will receive the data.
From the Device Name list, select the device used for the backup.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Data will be loaded from this backup device.
In the Start Date and Start Time fields, specify the starting point from which historical data will be loaded.

You can leave the start date blank if you want all available historical data from the beginning of the backup to be loaded.
In the Stop Date and Stop Time fields, specify the end point at which CMS will stop loading data from the backup.
