From the Controller window, navigate to ToolsUser Permissions.
In the Operations list, select ACD Access.
Click OK.
STEP RESULT:
Supervisor displays the User Permissions ACD Access window.
In the User ID field, enter the ID of the CMS user whose ACD permissions you want to view.

This field is required.
If you want to search for specific ACDs, enter them in the ACDs field.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Use a semicolon to separate multiple values.
From the menu bar, click ActionsFind one.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The status bar displays how many matching permission definitions are available. The fields of this window display the user permissions definition for the first ACD.
If more than one ACD is returned, click Next and Previous in the Actions menu as needed to navigate to through the entries.
