  1. From the Controller window, select CommandsDictionary.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary window.
  2. In the Operations list, select AUX Reason Codes.
  3. In the ACD field, enter the ACD or ACD group on which the AUX Reason Codes reside.
  4. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary AUX Reason Codes window.
  5. From the Actions menu, select List all.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary AUX Reason Codes — List All window.
