Deleting trunk group exceptions in the PC Client

Prolog information
  1. From the Controller window, navigate to CommandsExceptions on the menu bar.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Exceptions window.
  2. In the ACD field, select the ACD that contains the trunk group and its exception configuration.
  3. In the Operations list, select Trunk Group Exceptions.
  4. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    Supervisor displays the Trunk Group Exception Administration window.
  5. In the Trunk Groups field, enter the names or IDs of the trunk groups for which the exception configuration is to be deleted.
  6. From the menu bar, click ActionsFind one.
    STEP RESULT:
    The exception configuration is found for the specified trunk group and the data displays in the appropriate fields.
    To return all trunk groups, leave the VDNs field blank before performing the Find one action. Supervisor will return all trunk groups for which you have the Read permission. You can then use the Next and Previous menu actions to cycle through the trunk groups.
  7. From the menu bar, click ActionsDelete.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The exception configuration for this trunk group is deleted from the CMS database.
