Removing multiple trunk groups from a tenant in the Web Client

You can remove trunk groups assigned to a tenant in bulk. Specify which trunk groups are no longer required and remove them in one go.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationTenant AdministrationTenant Trunk Group Assignment.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for the tenant.
  3. In the Tenants list, select the tenant you want to manage.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the trunk groups administered for the selected tenant.
  4. Click Remove Trunk Group to remove trunk groups in bulk.
  5. In the Trunk Groups field, enter the names or IDs of existing trunk groups that no longer need to be assigned to the tenant.
  6. Click + to move trunk groups from the Search Results area to the Selected Trunk Group(s) area.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The trunk groups in the Selected Trunk Group(s) area will be removed.
  7. Click OK to save your changes.
