When performing a maintenance backup in CMS Supervisor, you can choose which data you want to back up. You can perform the backup for all real ACDs or for the current ACD only. Note that this procedure does not apply to pseudo ACDs.
Navigate to AdministrationMaintenanceBack Up Data.
Select the backup device you want to use from the Device Name list.
Select one of the following ACD options:
All ACDs: To back up data from all ACDs.
Current ACD: To back up data for the current active ACD.
Use the check boxes to specify the data to back up. From the Data to back up area, The Data to back up check boxes, by default, are all selected. If you do not want to back up all data types, clear the types of data you do not want to be backed up.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
By default, all check boxes in the Data to back up area are selected. If you do not want to back up all data, you can clear some of the check boxes. For a description of the available check boxes, see Backup Data page descriptions.
