From the Controller window, select CommandsDictionary.
STEP RESULT:
CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary window.
In the Operations list, select Announcements.
In the ACD field, enter the ACD on which the announcement resides.
Click OK.

CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary Announcements window.
To find an announcement name to change , you must specify an announcement in only one of the fields. Perform one of the following actions to specify an announcement in the Dictionary:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
In the Announcement Name field, enter the name of the announcement.
In the Announcement Number field, enter the number of the announcement.
From the Actions menu, select Find one.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Supervisor retrieves and displays the data for the specified announcement, if valid.
In the Announcement Name field, enter the new announcement name.
