Modifying a logout reason code name in the Web Client

Keywords:
The logout reason code number is read only and cannot be changed. You can change the name associated with the reason code and its description.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationDictionaryLogout Reason Codes.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to administer logout reason codes.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the logout reason codes administered for the selected ACD.
  3. Click Modify next to the item you want to modify.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Modify Item window is displayed.
  4. In the Logout Reason Code Name field, update the name for the reason code.
  5. Revise the information in the Description field.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can enter up to 50 characters. This field cannot contain the pipe (|) symbol, a semicolon, or double quotes.
  6. Click OK to save your changes.
