Adding trunk group data permissions in the PC Client

  1. From the Controller window, navigate to ToolsUser Permissions.
  2. In the Operations list, select Trunk Group Access.
  3. In the ACD list, select the ACD containing the trunk groups for which you want to assign permissions.
  4. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the User Permissions Trunk Group Access window.
  5. In the User ID field, enter the name of the user who will be assigned trunk group permissions.
  6. In the Trunk Groups field, enter the names or IDs of the trunk groups you want to assign.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    If you enter multiple trunk groups, separate each value with a semicolon.
  7. Select one or more of the following check boxes to assign permissions for the specified trunk groups:
    • Read: The user can view trunk group report data and other trunk group information.
    • Write: The user can administer or manage the specified trunk groups. To assign Write access, you must select both Read and Write.
    • Exceptions: The user is notified when active trunk group exceptions occur. For general information about trunk group exceptions, see Trunk group exceptions.
  8. From the menu bar, click ActionsAdd to save your changes.
