Navigate to AdministrationMaintenanceReportsACD Admin Log Report.
STEP RESULT:
CMS Supervisor displays the ACD Admin Log Report window.
In the available fields, enter the data to use in the report. For a description of the ACD Administration Log window fields, see ACD Administration Log report field descriptions for additional information.
Click Run to run the report. Click Clear to discard the selected report parameters.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
CMS Supervisor displays the report data. Since there can be up to 30,000 rows of data, the report might take several minutes to display on the screen.
