Adding agents to a tenant agent group in the Web Client

After creating an agent group, you must add agents to it.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationTenant AdministrationTenant Agent Groups.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for the tenant.
  3. Click Group Contents icon next to the agent group you want to modify.
  4. On the Tenant Agent Groups: Content page, click Add Tenant Agent.
  5. In the Add Tenant Agent field, enter agent names or IDs.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    To enter multiple values, separate each with a semicolon. The entries are displayed in the Search Results area.
  6. Click + to move agents from the Search Results area to the Selected Agents area.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The agents in the Selected Agents area will be added to the tenant agent group.
  7. Click OK to save your changes.
