Deleting an agent group using the PC Client

  1. From the Controller window, select CommandsDictionary.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary window.
  2. In the Operations list, select Agent Groups.
  3. In the ACD field, enter the ACD or ACD group on which the agent group resides.
  4. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary Agent Groups window.
  5. In the Agent group name field, enter the name of the agent group to delete.
  6. From the Actions menu, select Delete.
    STEP RESULT:
    The selected agent group name is removed from the Dictionary.
