From the Controller window, navigate to ToolsUser Permissions.
In the Operations list, select Split/Skill Access.
In the ACD list, select the ACD or ACD group containing the split/skill access permissions you want to view.
Click OK.
STEP RESULT:
CMS Supervisor displays the User Permissions Split/Skill Access window.
From the menu bar, navigate to ActionsList all to display
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
If you do not complete any of the fields in the User Permissions Split/Skill Access window, all split/skill permissions for the specified ACD are displayed. The results are filtered based on any user ID or split/skill information you enter before clicking List all. For example, to only view user permission definitions for skill 26, enter 26 in the Splits/Skills field.
