Removing an individual VDN from a tenant in the Web Client

You can remove a VDN that no longer needs to be assigned to a tenant. Use this procedure to remove one VDN at a time.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationTenant AdministrationTenant VDN Assignment.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for the tenant.
  3. In the Tenants list, select the tenant you want to manage.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the VDNs administered for the selected tenant.
  4. Click Delete next to the VDN you want to remove.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Confirm Delete dialog box is displayed.
  5. Click Yes to complete the change.
