Deleting a call work code name in the Web Client

  1. Navigate to AdministrationDictionaryCall Work Code.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to administer call work codes.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the call work codes administered for the selected ACD.
  3. Click Delete next to the item you want to delete.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Confirm Delete dialog box is displayed.
  4. Click Yes to complete the change.
