Permissions for administering exceptions

Navigate to User Permissions to assign permissions. To access information in the Exceptions subsystem, you need permissions for the Exception feature on the Feature Access page.
The examples in the following table show what information a user can access based on their permission settings:

Other permissions

  • To set up or change the method used to check for exceptions, you need the Write permission for the Exceptions feature.
  • To be notified of a malicious call exception, you need the Exceptions permission for the appropriate call center entity.
