Adding a VDN name in the Web Client

  1. Navigate to AdministrationDictionaryVDNs.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to administer VDN names.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the VDNs administered for the selected ACD.
  3. Click Add VDN.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The VDN can contain 3 to 13 numbers.
  4. In the VDN field, enter the VDN.
  5. In the VDN Name field, enter a VDN name.
  6. In the Description field, enter any additional information.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    This field cannot contain a pipe symbol (|), double quotes (“), or a semi-colon (;).
  7. Click OK to save your changes.
