Job Name
|
Displays the name of the scheduled job.

State
|
Displays the status of the job. For example:

Last Run
|
Displays the date and time for the previous run.
|

Result
|
Indicates whether the last run was successful.

Next Run
|
Displays the date and time for the next scheduled job run. This information is displayed for active jobs.

Type
|
Displays the schedule type for the job. For example: Once, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
|
|
Interval
|
Displays the interval at which the job is scheduled. For example, if a Daily job is scheduled to run every day, the interval is 1.
|
|
ID
|
Displays the job ID. CMS generates this ID automatically.
|
|
Expire
|
Displays the end date and time when the job will run for the last time.
|
|
Retention
|
Displays the number of days the scheduled job is stored in the database.
The number of days job results can be retained for depends on the maximum retention setting, which varies based on the schedule type. For example, by default, Daily jobs can be retained for up to 10 days. The maximum retention settings are customizable.
