Removing an individual split/skill from a tenant in the Web Client

You can remove an individual split/skill from the list of splits/skills assigned to a tenant.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationTenant AdministrationTenant Split/Skill Assignment.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for the tenant.
  3. In the Tenants list, select the tenant you want to manage.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the splits/skills administered for the selected tenant.
  4. Click Delete next to the split/skill you want to remove.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Confirm Delete dialog box is displayed.
  5. Click Yes to complete the change.
