Adding VDNs to a tenant in the Web Client

A VDN is an extension number that enables incoming calls to be connected to a vector for processing. Use this procedure to assign VDNs to a tenant.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationTenant AdministrationTenant VDN Assignment.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for the tenant.
  3. In the Tenants list, select the tenant you want to manage.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the VDNs administered for the selected tenant.
  4. Click Add VDNs.
  5. In the VDNs field, enter VDN names or IDs.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    To enter multiple values, separate each with a semicolon. The entries are displayed in the Search Results area.
  6. Click + to move VDNs from the Search Results area to the Selected VDN(s) area.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The VDNs in the Selected VDN(s) area will be assigned to the tenant.
  7. Click OK to save your changes.
