Considerations for modifying CMS users

Prolog information
Consider the following when modifying user data:
  • You can change the login type for a user from Normal user to Administrator or the other way around. However, this does not change the user's permissions. You must modify the permissions manually.
  • You cannot change a tenant user to a normal user or administrator. Similarly, you cannot change a normal user or administrator to a tenant user. You can delete the user and add them again.
  • Changes to maximum window count, minimum refresh rate, or default login ACD for a user do not take effect until the user logs out and back in again.
