Adding a trunk group name in the Web Client

  1. Navigate to AdministrationDictionaryTrunk Groups.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to administer trunk group names.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the trunk group names administered for the selected ACD.
  3. Click Add Trunk Group.
  4. In the Trunk Group Number field, enter a numeric value between 1 and 2000.
  5. In the Trunk Group Name field, enter a trunk group name.
  6. In the Description field, enter a brief description with additional information.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can enter up to 50 characters. This field cannot contain the pipe (|) symbol, a semicolon, or double quotes.
  7. Click OK to save your changes.
