Deleting VDN permissions in the PC Client

Use this procedure to delete the VDN permissions definition for a CMS user.
  1. From the Controller window, navigate to ToolsUser Permissions.
  2. In the Operations list, select VDN Access.
  3. In the ACD list, select the ACD containing the VDN permissions you want to delete.
  4. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the User Permissions VDN Access window.
  5. In the User ID field, enter the name of the user whose VDN permissions definition is to be deleted.
  6. If known, enter the names or IDs of the VDNs you want to view in the VDNs field.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Multiple entries must be separated with a semicolon.
    To have all VDNs returned for this user ID, leave this field blank.
  7. From the menu bar, click ActionsFind one.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The fields for the first match are populated.
  8. If multiple matches are found, click Next and Previous in the Actions menu as needed to navigate to the correct entry.
  9. When you find the entry you want to delete, click ActionsDelete from the menu bar.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor deletes the selected permissions definition and its associated VDNs. Other VDN permissions for the user are not affected.
