From the Controller window, select CommandsDictionary.
STEP RESULT:
CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary window.
In the Operations list, select Login identification.
In the ACD field, enter the ACD or ACD Group on which you want to modify a login ID name.
Click OK.
STEP RESULT:
CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary Login Identifications window.
To find a login ID to change, only one of the fields requires you to specify a value. Perform one of the following actions to specify a login ID in the Dictionary:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
In the Login ID field, enter the number of the login ID.
In the Agent Name field, enter the name of the agent.
From the Actions menu, select Find one.
STEP RESULT:
CMS Supervisor retrieves and displays the information that is associated with the specified login ID name, if valid.
In the Agent Name field, enter the modified name of the agent.
From the Actions menu, select Modify.
STEP RESULT:
The specified login ID name and the changes are saved in the Dictionary.
